When presented with the menu at the evening meal, you will be able to choose an appetizer, an entrée, and a dessert.
Currently, the appetizer selection consists of margharita pizzetta, butternut squash veloute, and burrata and heritage tomato.
The entrée choices include wild mushroom risotto, hanger steak with mashed potatoes, seared sea scallops with kabocha squash and watercress.
The dessert selections include sorbet and chocolate tart.

The Mandalay Bay – A Brief Description
The Mandalay Bay luxury resort is a highly popular 43-story structure on the Las Vegas Strip that includes a casino.
Owned by MGM Resorts International, this luxurious building includes a total of 24 elevators, an amazing 3,309 hotel rooms, a state-of-the-art 135,000 square foot casino, as well as an adjacent building that serves as the Convention Center of the hotel that is 2 million square feet and the Events Center, which has a total of 12,000 seats.
