Touring these natural wonders will make your vacation adventure one you will remember forever.
Grand Canyon West Rim Combo: Luxury SUV, Helicopter and Boat
Rather than taking a simple helicopter tour, why not make it a luxury tour that includes a boat ride and touring in a luxury SUV along with seeing the canyon from the air.
The Grand Canyon West Rim Combo is just such a tour.
It starts by picking you up at your hotel for a ride in the luxury Tour Trekker to the West Rim of the canyon. This ride takes you through Boulder City and over the new bypass bridge at Hoover Dam. Along the way, you will see the beautiful Joshua Tree Forest and the Grand Wash Cliffs.
The next leg of the trip is flying by helicopter to the bottom of the canyon by helicopter where you will enjoy a cruise down the Colorado River in a pontoon boat.
This short river cruise is enriched with commentary about the sights you see.
Then it is back to the top of the canyon where you can explore the area by using the included shuttle service that takes you to Eagle Point, Guano Point and the Hualapai Ranch.
If you wish, you can pay admission to go on the fabulous Skywalk.
Zion National Park Day Tour from Las Vegas
Just as spectacularly beautiful as the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park is definitely something to be experienced. This family friendly tour starts with a pickup from your hotel in Las Vegas. The park is close to Springdale, Utah and features Zion Canyon. The canyon’s shear red cliffs rise above the North Fork of the Virgin River. Gorgeous rock formations displaying a variety of colors will enthrall you.
Colorful rock formations are not all there is to see in Zion National Park. The Virgin River provides some fantastic scenery as well, including Emerald Pools, which boasts beautiful waterfalls and an outstanding hanging garden.
In addition to the beautiful landscape around you, it is possible that you could see any number of animals that make their home in the park. Among the animals you may get to view are Red Tailed Hawks, Golden Eagles, gray foxes, big horn sheep, rock squirrels and jackrabbits.
After a full day of touring with a knowledgeable, friendly guide, your tour will end with dropping you off back at your hotel.
